Did you know even Superheroes can have bad days just like you and me?! Today we’re going to read a story about what happens when Superheroes have a bad day.

1. Sometimes even superheros have bad days and feel sad, mad, or frustrated. Think about what the superheroes did when they were feeling bad. Did they punch, kick, or yell? No! They helped people, exercised, or took deep breathes to calm down and feel better. Do you remember a time when you had a bad day? In your journal, draw a picture and write a sentence about a time when you were feeling sad or mad, and what you could do to feel better.

2. Now we’re going to build a superhero base! You can use anything in your house to build your base. Blocks, toys, paper, shoes, boxes…use your imagination! When you’re done, take a picture of your base and send it to me so I can see.
