Please remember to send pictures of your child participating in the daily activities. We need to be hearing from each of you at least 2 times a week.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Play Letter BINGO! Take turns being the caller and the players with your family members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use something to make a line down the middle of your child’s workspace. Using found materials, have them either copy a symmetric pattern or have them create one! Symmetry means a mirrored like reflection. The items should be placed similarly on either side of the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a bird feeder to hang outside!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use peanut butter to spread onto a piece of cardboard tube. Roll in some bird seed. Use a yarn to hang from a tree where you can watch the birds eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Remember to eat your fruits and vegetables <3 Ms. Stafiej is having a pizza quesadilla with strawberries!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chore Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clean your spot after lunch, help to wash the dishes, clean up your toys and your room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quiet Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Children have time to relax and \u201ccharge\u201d their bodies. If your child doesn\u2019t normally nap at home, they can read stories or do a quiet activity of your choice (no screens please!<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 to 10 minutes<\/td>Plan for Work Time:<\/strong>  Build your child\u2019s ability to organize their time by having them make a \u201cplan\u201d with you about what they would like to play with.  Children do this everyday with us at school. It helps children learn to organize their thoughts. Adults make plans all the time to organize their thoughts (shopping lists are made before going to the grocery store, to do lists are made to help plan your day etc..).  
Kids will tell you what they are planning to do\/want to play with\/how they will use toys at home.
