(We talk at school about how we need to choose more healthy foods, and that it is ok to eat unhealthy foods but only SOMETIMES.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Need a challenge? Have your child think about some healthy foods they would like to try. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Need another challenge? Have your child try writing the name of the foods they choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lunch Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember to eat your fruits and vegetables &lt;3 Ms. Stafiej is having a turkey sandwich with an apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chore Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean your spot after lunch, help to wash the dishes, clean up your toys and your room.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quiet Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Children have time to relax and \u201ccharge\u201d their bodies. If your child doesn\u2019t normally nap at home, they can read stories or do a quiet activity of your choice (<em><strong>no screens please!<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>\u00a05 to 10 minutes<\/td><td><strong>Plan for Work Time:<\/strong>&nbsp; Build your child\u2019s ability to organize their time by having them make a \u201cplan\u201d with you about what they would like to play with.&nbsp; Children do this everyday with us at school. It helps children learn to organize their thoughts.
