We loved talking to the children and hearing that everyone is doing okay &lt;3 Ms. Abdellah and I miss each and every one of you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are today\u2019s activities\u2026 the focus today is retelling a story.&nbsp;<em><strong>I am trying to create activities with materials you might have at home. If you do not have the materials please message me!!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel free to send any pictures from todays activities which will be shared on Friday\u2019s post!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminder of Suggested Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While our children are at home, the most important thing we can do is to keep them in a routine. Is the troll a boy or a girl? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are they nice or mean? Hairy? Scary? Spikes? Fur? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do they have a name? Be creative! Draw your troll and then write about it. <em><strong>Send me a picture of your writing when you are finished!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEAM Activity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use items in your house to build your own bridge for the billy goats. Use a small toy animal, or car and see if your bridge can hold it up! Retell the story to someone in your family using your animals and bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11 am \u2013 Creative Time&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/ArtforKidsHub\/videos\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/ArtforKidsHub\/videos<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the link and choose which drawing you would like to create&#8230; There is Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sonic the Hedgehog, animals, flowers, unicorns, etc! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12 pm \u2013 Lunch Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember to eat your fruits and vegetables &lt;3 Ms. Stafiej is having homemade stroganoff with peas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12:30 pm \u2013 Chore Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean your spot after lunch, help to wash the dishes, clean up your toys and your room.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 pm \u2013 Quiet Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Children have time to relax and \u201ccharge\u201d their bodies. If your child doesn\u2019t normally nap at home, they can read stories or do a quiet activity of your choice (<em><strong>no screens please!<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2:30 pm \u2013 Academic Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daily 5 \u2013 Read to Someone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Find four books and read the stories to your stuffed animal.
