Use small item such as buttons, goldfish, beans, pasta, or cereal. Yumm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12:30 pm \u2013 Chore Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean your spot after lunch, help to wash the dishes, clean up your toys and vacuum a room.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 pm \u2013 Quiet Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Children have time to relax and \u201ccharge\u201d their bodies.
