Hello Families, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a reminder (winter came early this year!) please send your child to school with a winter jacket, snow pants, boots, gloves, and a hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winter fresh air is good for everyone!<\/p>

Outdoor winter play has long been blamed for colds and the flu. Our parents told us to \u201cbundle up or you\u2019ll catch a cold,\u201d and their parents probably told them the same thing. But winter play gets a bad rap. <\/p>

Although going outside unprepared for the elements is unwise, viruses that are spread by other human beings and cause colds and the flu are indoors.
The indoor circulation of germs and bacteria is much more harmful to your child than playing outside.<\/p>

You are welcome to leave these items at school in your child’s box if you do not want to worry about bringing them in every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
