5th grade Science Alien Projects are due this Thursday, December 14th.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have corrected your child unit three math test please sign and return them tomorrow if your child receive a three or a four. If he\/ she received a three or four they may retake a new test tomorrow. For them to be able to take the test it must be returned with a signature. Please go over the methods with your child again tonight for homework.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our class will be attending the Holiday Shop tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10:30 am. Please send money for your child to shop with them to school. There are no available slots to visit the Holiday Shop on a different time or day, so if your child does not bring money to school on Tuesday, they will NOT be able to shop at a different time or day.<\/p>\n

The 4th and 5th grade students will be walking to Stout this Wednesday, December 13th at 9:00 a.m. to see the play \u201cThe Bullies Christmas Carol\u201d. Please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the weather. Bundle up!!!<\/p>\n

A reminder that our classroom Holiday Gift Exchange is on Friday, December 22nd. Please bring your gift to school by Friday morning.<\/p>\n

Spirit Week starts next week. The following is a list of daily activities:<\/p>\n

Monday 12\/18 \u2013 \u201cBaby it\u2019s cold outside\u201d \u2013 accessorize your outfit with a winter hat or scarf<\/p>\n

Tuesday 12\/19 \u2013 \u201cHoliday Sweater Day\u201d \u2013 wear a festive or ugly sweater<\/p>\n

Wednesday 12\/20 \u2013 White Out\u201d \u2013 wear white like the winter snow and ice<\/p>\n

Thursday 12\/21 \u2013 \u201cHoliday Cheer\u201d \u2013 wear your BEST holiday outfit<\/p>\n

Friday 12\/22 \u2013 \u201cSnowed In\u201d \u2013 wear your pajamas and slippers (appropriate for school)<\/p>\n

Our 5th Annual Science Fair is scheduled for February. All 3-5 students are expected to complete a science project. A copy of the idea slip is coming home next week and should be returned with your child\u2019s science fair project idea by Thursday, December 21st. All Science fair projects will be due Monday, February 5th. Please see the blog next week for all copies of papers that will help you with your project and explain the expectations. We will be going over all the expectations next week in science.<\/p>\n
