We will identify the characters, setting, problem, solution and BME of a story. We will review prediction. We will also explore character traits. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Spelling words: (-ab) crab, tab, lab, grab, put, with, play<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Language Arts<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are learning the r-blends (dr-, fr-). Sight words:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">put, with, play<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Writing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be write a narrative piece. We will create 3 characters and a setting. Your child will come up with a problem and solution. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Math<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will practice subtraction. WE will draw pictures, write equations and solve word problems. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Social Studies<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will continue to learn about maps and globes.
