Hope everyone had a restful 2 day break.<\/p>\n<p><b>Reading<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be identifying problem and solution. We will review prediction. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Spelling words: (-ad) had, mad, sad, go, look we, in<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Language Arts<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are learning about l-blends (fl, bl, cl) Sight words: go, look, we, in. \u00a0We are reviewing short vowels in CVC words<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Writing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be write a narrative about scenarios to do with 100 day. What will I look like at 100 years old. What will I do with $100 dollars. We will learn how to address in a letter\/card. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Math<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will learn about missing addend with numbers for 8. We will review decomposition using number bonds going vertical and horizontal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Science<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will create structure to protect us from the harsh weather. Students will plan and create a structure using materials provided.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Dates to keep in mind:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>*<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*100th day of school is Friday, February 22nd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">**Your child can dress up as a 100 year old person on that day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>-Ms. Mohamed<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome back!
