We will learn about writing a topic sentence and expanding on our thought about flowers. Sentence stems: Flowers are plants. It needs__. It has _.<\/p>\n<p>Math:We will learn about forming numbers in different modalities. For example: if your child has the number 12 then your child will need to create a flower with petals attached. On each petal will be a different mode of the specific number your child will get. 12 would have 2 tens and 2 ones, 12 tally marks, 12 on a double ten frame, 12 on a 2 dice, 12 pictures of an object.<\/p>\n<p>Science: We will be planting a flower and document its growth. We will plant the seed and measure its growth.
