Whitmore School Community,<\/span><\/p>\n

We are excited to share an end-of-the-year event that will be both fun, and raise money for a cause that is close to our hearts. This has touched everyone in our school, so in order to show our support for Miss Johnston, many teachers have offered their time and talents to come up with \u201cexperiences\u201d that they will share with students in a fundraising effort. \u00a0These experiences are being offered through a raffle whereby the kids can purchase tickets and then put them into the drawing for the experience (or experiences) of their choice. Parents of winning students will need to provide transportation to and from the location of the event. Teachers will work with winners to find a mutually agreeable date and time that works for everyone, and we expect most of these experiences to take place during the summer. Drawings will take place June 11. Tickets will be $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Tickets sales will take place in the mornings before outdoor lineup and at selected school events these last few weeks of the school year. In addition, tickets will be sold by staff going around to classrooms at the beginning of the day on limited days. <\/span><\/p>\n
