Dear Parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have already sent this information on Tuesday. This is extremely<\/u><\/strong> important that you complete your enrollment by Tuesday, December 15th,<\/u><\/strong> no later than 5 pm. This gives us 3 days to look over your contract and approve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The attached \u201chelp sheets\u201d are for our new enrollment and billing system called Eleyo. We need your help putting in your family information in our new system. We ask that you put in the family information and basically \u201cenroll\u201d into the program through the new system by December 15th<\/strong>. This will allow you to change your schedule, view your account, set up automatic payments, change or add emergency contacts or pick ups to your child\u2019s contact list. We hope to have digital sign in\/out in the future to go paperless making it easier and safer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you \u201cget stuck\u201d we can help and are just a phone call away. You can always access your account online at https:\/\/dearbornschools.ce.eleyo.com\/<\/a> Set up your account, your password and away you go! This enrollment period is only available for CURRENT families in our program. When we return to school in January we can open up enrollment for additional families. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I have attached an additional Help Sheet that walks you through the entire enrollment process. We will no longer be using EZCare and the enrollment through that program will end as of January 1.
