Send children to school in active wear and gym shoes, with a water bottle!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Agenda for the w<\/strong>eek<\/strong><\/p>\n Reading\/writing\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0We working on the lowercase letters..\u00a0 \u00a0Please practice writing sentences at home with the sight word list the children made this week.\u00a0We are learning to stretch our words and write the sounds we here and we are learning to put a period at the end of our sentence.\u00a0 DON\u2019T FORGET TO DO READING EGGS AT HOME 3 DAYS A WEEK!\u00a0 \u00a0We are learning to use our sight words to create new stories during writers\u2019s workshop.<\/p>\n Math<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 We will continue working on numbers from 0-20.\u00a0 We are working on composing and decomposing numbers 1-10.<\/p>\n Social \u00a0Studies\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0We are learning about why we have rules and why they are important.<\/p>\n Science\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0We are learning about the ocean and fish.\u00a0 We will be making fish and writing a report about fish. Soon we will turn our classroom into an ocean.<\/p>\n Please make sure to\u00a0empty\u00a0<\/strong>the green folders each night! It is very difficult and time consuming to locate homework or important notes when the folder is full of papers from the day before.
