Quiz Mondays<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Math quizzes focus on current topics that we area learning.\u00a0 They are useful to help students practice their skills, as well as inform me who is struggling with a particular concept before the main assessments.\u00a0 I can meet with small groups or individuals to help strengthen these weak areas.\u00a0 I decided that math quiz Mondays will be good so the students know exactly what is expected of them.\u00a0 On Fridays, I will give them a practice quiz so they know what the quiz will look like (only different numbers will be used).\u00a0 They will have the correct answers on this practice quiz and can study or practice on the weekend for the quiz on Monday.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>HELP FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dearborn Schools has adopted Eureka Math as our elementary math curriculum.\u00a0 I will be including links to math tips on the blog so parents can help at Work:<\/strong>\u00a0 I want the students to realize the importance of math, and what better way than to have them interview parents to see how they use math.\u00a0 I appreciate parents taking the
