{"id":543,"date":"2018-11-29T12:22:59","date_gmt":"2018-11-29T17:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/mrspolidori\/?p=543"},"modified":"2018-11-29T12:30:55","modified_gmt":"2018-11-29T17:30:55","slug":"weekly-update-for-11-26-through-11-30","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/mrspolidori\/2018\/11\/29\/weekly-update-for-11-26-through-11-30\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Update for 11\/26 through 11\/30"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Good Morning!<\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t believe December is almost upon us!\u00a0 I hope everyone had a wonderful break last week to enjoy your families and delightful food!\u00a0 There have been a lot of papers coming back and forth this week.\u00a0 Thank you for keeping up with the math homework and having the students work on spelling for the week.\u00a0 Getting into the habit of returning homework on time helps everyone to stay on top of assignments and subject matter.\u00a0 I was very happy with the results of the mini-math assessment from last week.\u00a0 You may keep those at home.\u00a0 We are looking at a unit math test falling on the week of Dec. 10.\u00a0 I will send home a study guide prior to the test.\u00a0 This unit has dealt with trading ones, tens and hundreds.\u00a0 The class seems to be understanding the content quite well:-)<\/p>\n<p>Our spelling words for this week are the ch, sh, th, and wh beginning words.\u00a0 The words are:\u00a0<strong>chill, chance, sheep, shell, think, thought, while, whale, chase and when.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The mystery words will be words that begin with these consonant blends as well.<\/p>\n<p>Have a wonderful day!!<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. P.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good Morning!
