Here are some updates and times for the Clean-up parade and Field Day!<\/p>\n
The Clean-Up parade is Monday, May 22 at 1:30 with a short presentation after the parade. \u00a0We will basically leave from Coburn Street and walk around the block. \u00a0Mr. Short has a map on the school website.<\/p>\n
Field Day Information is coming home today. \u00a0Please look for it in your child’s folder tonight. \u00a0Here is the information as well. \u00a0The math test has been postponed until tomorrow since it is such a busy day!!<\/p>\n
Dear Parents and Guardians,<\/span><\/p>\n To help us celebrate another fantastic school year, we will be having Field Day on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. \u00a0For this Field Day event students will work through stations with their class to develop skills they have learned in physical education and have tons of fun! \u00a0The schedule for the event is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 9:00 AM \u2013 11:00 AM Kindergarten, 1<\/b>st<\/b> and 2<\/b>nd<\/b> Grades<\/b><\/p>\n 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM All School Picnic<\/b><\/p>\n 1:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM 3<\/b>rd<\/b>, 4<\/b>th<\/b> and 5<\/b>th<\/b> Grades<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n On May 24, students need to wear clothes that will allow them to be physically active outside, including tennis shoes. \u00a0They need to bring a water bottle. \u00a0There will be a station to refill bottles if needed. \u00a0Students are highly encouraged to bring a bagged lunch to enjoy at the all school picnic. \u00a0They are welcome to bring a towel or blanket to sit on as well. \u00a0Students will be able to purchase school lunch if necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n We are looking for one parent from each classroom to donate a treat for the entire class to enjoy after their session. \u00a0Please contact your child\u2019s classroom teacher if you are interested in providing a treat.<\/span><\/p>\n Lastly, we need 15 parent volunteers for <\/span>both<\/b> sessions to help run stations. \u00a0If you are interested in volunteering, fill out the lower portion and return it to Mr. Peecher. \u00a0Please, contact Mr. Peecher with any questions.<\/span><\/p>\n Thanks! \u00a0The PBIS\/Field Day Committee \u00a0<\/span>peeches@dearbornschools.org<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n *We will only be able to accommodate students & parent volunteers for this event.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0Field Day Volunteer Form<\/b><\/p>\n ___ \u00a0Yes!
