It sounds like most of you had incredible times together on your break!  Here&#8217;s your information for the week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Language Arts&#8211;we are working on the sight word &#8220;little&#8221; along with the sound \/ng\/; we are continuing to read books by Jan Brett and learn about her style while making connections to texts; watch for March Is Reading Month information to come home; I will also be sending a link out for Mystery Readers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spelling&#8211;this week we are working with the -op pattern; words on the list are pop, bop, cop, am, not, said (challenge words are shop and drop)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Math&#8211;we are working our way through module 4 with lessons 15-19; continuing to work on beginning addition strategies and models; please continue to practice counting at home by 1s, 5s and 10s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Science&#8211;also continuing with our weather and seasons unit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S.S.&#8211;working on our Who Am I? unit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have a wonderful week!  29 more school days until Spring Break (the year is really flying by!)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!
