What a fun week!\u00a0 This week, in preparation for our field trip, we learned many things about how apples grow.\u00a0 Below is a recap of what we learned.\u00a0 Please spend time reinforcing these concepts.<\/p>\n

Reading-We began to learn the difference between fiction and nonfiction books.\u00a0 Also, we learned what an author and illustrator is.<\/p>\n

Handwriting-We continue practicing how to write our names.\u00a0 Also, we focused on how to write the letters “Hh” and “Dd”<\/p>\n

Sight Word-the<\/p>\n

Math-We focused on how to write the numbers 0-10<\/p>\n

Science-We began talking about the forces, pushes, and pulls.<\/p>\n

Social Studies-We continued talking about rules and learned what an authority figure is.<\/p>\n

Friday October 6th, there will be no school for kindergarten and young 5’s students<\/span><\/h1>\n
