Good afternoon Haigh families. I hope you are all doing well and feeling healthy. This experience is difficult and trying but I am confident that we will beat this pandemic and reconnect again soon. I think that this whole thing is teaching us many things: love your family, enjoy the small moments, don\u2019t take things for granted, and to keep a positive attitude. My family has been keeping our distance from family and friends and passing the time with board games (CLUE is their new favorite), playing roller hockey, house chores (planning to paint Austen\u2019s room this week), crafts, lot\u2019s of movies (Thank you Disney-Plus), cooking, baking, reading, writing, and the laundry that STILL never stops \ud83d\ude42 I hope you guys are staying positive and helping your children pass the time with some fun family time.

Thank you for working hard last week to help your child access our virtual platform of Google Classroom. I know first hand how hard it can be to get your own children to stay on task each day. This is a break from their normal routine, a new way of learning, and some of you may be unsure of how to support your child during this time. So many of my friends have reached out and expressed how difficult it is with juggling their own jobs and teaching multiple children in the home. Just know that every little bit that they do will help them from experiencing that \u201cSummer Slide\u201d or should we say \u201cSpring slide\u201d.
