{"id":1970,"date":"2019-10-07T10:07:59","date_gmt":"2019-10-07T14:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/mrsfillmore\/?p=1970"},"modified":"2019-10-07T10:08:24","modified_gmt":"2019-10-07T14:08:24","slug":"apples-coming-home-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/mrsfillmore\/2019\/10\/07\/apples-coming-home-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple homework today!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hello Families,<br>Today, your child is coming home with blank apples in a ziplock bag.&nbsp; Please assist your child in writing each letter of their name on each apple.&nbsp; For example, if your child\u2019s name is <strong>John<\/strong>, your child is coming home with 4 apples and will write an <strong>Uppercase<\/strong> J on one apple, lowercase letters to follow.&nbsp; I placed the correct amount of apples in your child\u2019s bag, according to their first name.&nbsp; I did place a \u2018mistake\u2019 apple, just in case a mistake is made at home:).  <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">After your child has completed writing the letters in their name, please cut out each apple and place the apples back in the bag and return to school the next day (Tuesday)!<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp; In the classroom, we are working on cutting and writing our names with an uppercase letter and all lowercase letters that follow:)  These apples will be placed on their lockers, once the project is complete!
