Main Idea (Determine the Main Idea) <strong>Worth up to 4 Summative Points<\/strong> Smart Score of 100=4 points 80-99= 3 points 60-79= 2 points 1-59= 1 point   Due on Monday, March 16th by midnight. <strong>Take advantage of this opportunity!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Parents and Students,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We suggest the following assignments to be done during this school closure. Students will be required to read and annotate one NewsELA article <strong>per week<\/strong> (see directions below). Students will also be assigned one IXL letter skill per week. They will be expected to <strong>complete all the numbers underneath each letter skill with an 80% Smart Score.<\/strong> We also encourage that students are reading at least 30 minutes per day. ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON GOOGLE CLASSROOM AND THE BLOG.
