<\/p>\nDear Parents and Students,<\/p>\n
My name is Mrs. Donelson and I have been teaching in the Dearborn Public Schools for more than twenty years. I am thrilled to be teaching at Haigh Elementary and having the opportunity to work with the incoming first graders. There is a special place in my heart for early elementary students, and working with them has always been my deepest passion.<\/p>\n
Outside of school, I am a mother to three wonderful children. My oldest daughter, Ell, recently graduated from the London College of Fashion with a Business Management degree. My middle daughter, Conaire, is about to start her first year of college and is also working at a veterinary clinic in Dearborn. Finally, my youngest son, Liam, is entering eight grade and enjoys computer programming in his spare time.<\/p>\n

In respects to my personal interests, I absolutely love the outdoors and taking long drives to Northern Michigan. My family has owned property along Lake Huron for over forty years, and our Up North home holds a very special place in my heart. My ultimate goal is to one day retire to quaint little farm. I think the simple life would suit me quite nicely…but I might have to offer the occasional hay ride for a passing school group or two.<\/p>\n
