Dear Parents and Guardians,<\/span><\/p>\n

To help us celebrate the end of another fantastic school year, we will be having our final PBIS Celebration on Friday, June 10, 2016. \u00a0This event is Field Day, students will work through stations with their class to develop skills they have learned in physical education and have tons of fun! \u00a0The schedule for the event is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

9:00 AM \u2013 11:00 AM Kindergarten, 1<\/b>st<\/b> and 2<\/b>nd<\/b> Grades<\/b><\/p>\n

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM All School Picnic<\/b><\/p>\n

1:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM 3<\/b>rd<\/b>, 4<\/b>th<\/b> and 5<\/b>th<\/b> Grades<\/b><\/p>\n

On June 10, students need to wear clothes that will allow them to be physically active outside, including tennis shoes. \u00a0They need to bring a water bottle. \u00a0There will be a station to refill bottles if needed. \u00a0Students are highly encouraged to bring a bagged lunch to enjoy at the all school picnic. \u00a0They are welcome to bring a towel or blanket to sit on as well. \u00a0Students will be able to purchase school lunch if necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking for one parent from each classroom to donate a treat for the entire class to enjoy after their session. \u00a0We are also pre-selling sno-cones as a treat for students during the picnic. \u00a0The cost for the Sno-Cones is $1.00, only one cone per student please. <\/span>Sno-Cone money is due by<\/i><\/b> Wednesday, June 8. <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Lastly, we need 15 parent volunteers for both sessions to help run stations. \u00a0If you are interested in volunteering, fill out the lower portion and return it to Mr. Peecher. \u00a0Please, contact Mr. Peecher with any questions.<\/span><\/p>\n
