Math<\/strong>: Unit 1: Geometry<\/strong>– lines, angles, shapes.<\/p>\n

ELA<\/strong>: Unit 1: Folktales<\/strong>– learning about the genre of Folktales and the predictable patterns they follow including myths<\/strong> & fairy tales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Writing<\/strong>: Unit 1: Narrative<\/strong>– writing stories that are in the Folktales genre.<\/p>\n

District writing exam this week.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Science<\/strong>: Unit 1: Matter<\/strong>– identifying that all items are made of matter and can be classified as a solid, liquid or gas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Social Studies<\/strong>: Unit 1: Geography<\/strong>– What questions would a geographer ask? 5 Themes of geography: 1. Location, 2. Movement, 3. Human\/Environment\u00a0Interaction, 4. Place, 5. Region.<\/p>\n

Quiz this week on map skills.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Spelling:<\/strong> words will be posted under the “Weekly Spelling Words” tab.<\/p>\n
