Click on the <a href=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/mrsbrady\/weekly-spelling-words\/\">weekly spelling words<\/a> tab (above) for more information!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Math<\/strong>: Unit 1: <strong>Geometry<\/strong>&#8211; lines, angles, shapes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELA<\/strong>: Unit 1: <strong>Folktales<\/strong>&#8211; learning about the genre of Folktales and the predictable patterns they follow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Writing<\/strong>: Unit 1: <strong>Narrative<\/strong>&#8211; writing stories that are in the Folktales genre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Science<\/strong>: Unit 1: <strong>Matter<\/strong>&#8211; identifying that all items are made of matter and can be classified as a solid, liquid or gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Studies<\/strong>: Unit 1: <strong>Geography<\/strong>&#8211; What questions would a geographer ask? 5 Themes of geography: 1. Location, 2. Movement, 3. Human\/Environment\u00a0Interaction, 4. Place, 5.
