Please return no later than Monday 10\/19. If students would like feedback before a grade is given they may bring their project to school and ask for feedback before 10\/19 without the feedback affecting their grade.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #008000;\"><strong>Blog Photo Permission\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Slips were sent home today asking permission for me to post pictures of your child on our classroom blog. The blog is a public website, so your permission is requested and required before I can post photos of students faces or full names. Please <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>return by Thursday 10\/15\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NWEA Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fall NWEA Reports were sent home with students today. We went over the results and data as a class. Your child should be able to tell you if they are below, at, or above grade level in Reading, Language Usage, Math and Science.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick guide for\u00a0<strong>all<\/strong> grade levels:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Below grade level<\/strong>: 49%tile or lower<\/p>\n<p><strong>At grade level<\/strong>: 50%tile<\/p>\n<p><strong>Above grade level<\/strong>: 51%tile or higher<\/p>\n<p><strong>College Readiness path<\/strong>: 75%tile or higher<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday is a half day &amp; hat day<\/strong> (there is no cost to participate and is not mandatory).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Math &amp; Social Studies Project Today a Math &amp; Social Studies project was sent home.
