This will be accomplished by using a student-centered approach while teaching the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects of physical fitness and demonstrating personal responsibility in all areas of the curriculum.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I. Fundamental Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Be on time to class (you will have 5 minutes to change in the locker room &amp; will wait against the wall in the locker room until we go to the gym).<\/li><li>Follow directions.<\/li><li>Give One Hundred Percent effort at all times.<\/li><li>Display good sportsmanship &amp; citizenship at all times.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II. Proper Attire<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students will be required to change their clothes every day for PE Class:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Dress in proper gym shoes every day (no jeans, sandals, boots, heels, etc).<\/li><li>No tank top shirts or clothes that might be offensive (drugs, alcohol, etc.).<\/li><li>Don\u2019t bring back packs, coats, hats or wear hoods to class.<\/li><li>The clothes you wear in class&nbsp;MUST&nbsp;be different than what you wore to school to get full credit.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III. Medical Excuses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Have a note from a licensed physician if they cannot participate in&nbsp;class.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Units That Will Be Covered<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Unit in my Physical Education Class will be a minimum of One Week.
