I am encouraging all the students to submit a 2 minute graduation speech recorded on video and sent to me so we can pick a winner to share his\/her speech for our graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who:\u00a0<\/strong>All Interested 5th Grade Students\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong>\u00a05th Grade Promotion\u00a0Speech\u00a0Opportunity\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong>\u00a0Deadline for submission &#8211; June 4, 2020 (they can submit\u00a0electronically at first but winner will have to send a videotape of them reading in order to post<br><strong>Speech\u00a0Criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must be respectful and positive to all students, staff, and the Miller community.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Must be no longer than 2 minutes&nbsp;<\/li><li>Meaningful and original&nbsp;<\/li><li>Engages reader&nbsp;<\/li><li>Creative&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning families and students, I would like to remind you to submit your work on time today no later than 4:p.m. Also, please start looking for all the books you borrowed from our school and LLI to return to us on June 4th, 1-2 p.m. It will be a curbside pick up.
