Week of March 16- 20<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Dear Families,<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I know that there are so many unknowns going on right now with COVID- 19. Please know that the most important thing is keeping you and your family safe. This is a new situation for all of us so please bear with me and the district while we are figuring out how to keep your child actively learning from home. Please make sure you check the iBlog and Remind for updates. Also it is very important that you subscribe to Cotter\u2019s iBlog. I will post some important links below under reminders. Here\u2019s what we have going on this week.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

What We are Learning This Week-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Names-
We have taken the next step and begun writing our names. Please continue to practice recognizing the letters in your child\u2019s name and the order in which they go (Rajaa- R-a-j-a-a). Remember, only the first letter in their name is a capital, all the rest are lowercase (Rajaa).  We have added learning our last names to the list as well.  Please help your child learn their last name along with how to spell it and writing it.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our letter journey has come to an end.  We will continue to review and practice the letters until the end of the year.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We are continuing our number journey!   We are going to learn 1- 2 numbers a week, starting at 0 and going up to the number 20. Please work with your child on recognizing these numbers along with writing them. You can also have your child count out items for each number (quantity).<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
