To co-teach with classroom teachers during classroom literacy instruction.<\/p>\n<p>2. To co-teach small group instruction with the lowest 30% of students.<\/p>\n<p>3. To collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate professional learning.<\/p>\n<p>4. To model and observe best practices strategies in whole group, small group, or one on one to facilitate teacher&#8217;s professional learning.<\/p>\n<p>5. To participate actively in school MTSS (multi-tiered system of support) process regarding the needs of the lowest 30% students.<\/p>\n<p>6. To assist teachers in the art of reflection to improve their practice to ultimately increase student achievement.<\/p>\n<p>Co-teaching is an embedded professional learning activity for district teachers.
