Don\u2019t forget to use the <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">#HealthyKidsQuarantined<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nutrition and Healthy Eating<\/strong><br>We\u2019re heading into summer which means we\u2019re also heading into watermelon eating season! Watermelon is a healthy snack option because it contains Lycopene a \u201cfight-o-chemical\u201d (phytochemical) that helps fight off sickness \u2013 but did you know that you don\u2019t just have to eat it off the rind? Try this week\u2019s snack hack for a fun new twist on serving up watermelon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watermelon popsicles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chop up watermelon into small chunks and puree in the blender<\/li><li>Pour the pureed watermelon into small paper cups (or popsicle molds).<\/li><li>Cover each cup with plastic wrap or foil and insert a popsicle\/craft stick (or plastic spoon) through and into the cup.<\/li><li>Freeze until hard.<\/li><li>Optional: add chopped strawberries, pineapple, or grapes to the molds too!<br>Feeling extra adventurous?
