When we do activities that help us practice focusing, it can carry over to other parts of our life, like school! We\u2019ll also have some fun with a Throwback disco funk dance tutorial \u2013 old school moves set to some new music! It is found in nuts, fish\/meats and dairy and helps our bodies by converting our food into energy.
