Try today\u2019s recipe as you work to \u201ceat the rainbow\u201d and get healthy nutrients your body needs!<br>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Carrots: 2, peeled and cut into the shape of \u201cfries\u201d (ask an adult for assistance)<\/li><li>Panko bread crumbs: 2 tbsp (You can also use corn flakes or coconut for a crispy layer)<\/li><li>Salt and pepper: as needed<\/li><li>Garlic powder: pinch (this is optional \u2013 or spice it up by substituting with chili powder!)<\/li><li>Oil: 1 tsp<br>Instructions<br>\u2022 Preheat the oven to 400-degrees<br>\u2022 Line cooking sheet with foil or parchment paper<br>\u2022 In a wide bowl add all the listed ingredients and mix well<br>\u2022 Add the carrots, mix and spread on cooking sheet.<br>\u2022 Bake approximately 14-18 minutes.<br>\u2022 Extra Crispy: If available broil for 2-3 minutes or for the texture you prefer<br>\u2022 Enjoy with your favorite dip<br>Notes: No carrots?
