Balance poses in yoga have been show to help relieve<br>stress and reducing inner tension. The yoga helps to improve your flexibility and balance and the hip hop gets your heart pumping! Therefore, hydration plays and important role in maintaining a healthy body. It\u2019s so important that you and your family are drinking the right amount of water!
