Hello Families!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am so thankful or another wonderful Thursday with my students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a look at some of the awesome things we did today!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We made alligator mouths to play with as we compare numbers and quantities with greater than, less than, and equal.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We used 2D shapes to create our alligator mouths.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We played a Nearpod game for the teen numbers! We wrote the teen numbers to tell how many was on the screen (Group of ten and some extra ones)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We sorted pictures of needs and wants.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We practiced the letter Zz and brainstormed words that begin with the letter Zz.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We drew and labeled what we wished to have in our box after reading the Benchmark story “The Two Boxes”.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We circled the letters Zz and Xx in our Benchmark story!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for all you do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Picture Day at school will be May 6 (Group A) and May 7th (Group B). I will be sending home the forms Monday and Tuesday of next week. PLEASE be sure these are filled out completely for your child’s picture day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
