Hello Families!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am so thankful for the 100 fun days of learning that we have had together!! What are you thankful for? Send me a reply on this blog. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a look at some of the super awesome activities we did today! In addition to the these activities, we practiced counting syllables as well as stretching for sounds as we wrote about details in a story. We also practiced word by word match as we read a Benchmark emergent reader. And….we practiced making a personal connection to a story! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went on a hunt to find things that rhyme at home! Potato rhymes with tomato!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We decomposed 9 pears in the pear tree into 2 groups; one group that was left on the tree and the another group that was on the ground after we shook the pear tree!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We practiced writing all of our lowercase letters!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We practiced writing all of our uppercase letters!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
We practiced spelling the sight word jump as we mixed and fixed the letters to practice identifying this sight word!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

I am so excited to see Group A for the 100th Day of Young 5 celebration today! PLEASE remember to bring your 100th Day homework (100 item poster). And…please remember to dress up as a 100 year old!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
