Hello Families!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are having a parent meeting today at 12:45 in the same Zoom meeting your children will be on after lunch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a fantastic Friday in Young 5s!!! Take a look at some of what we did in addition to practicing syllable counting with kitchen items, rhyming word pairs, and sharing how to spread sunshine by showing kindness!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We decomposed the number 5 with a story about Doodle and his 5 juicy dog bones!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We reviewed the vowels E, O, and U. We made letter cards for manipulatives to match upper and lowercase letters and identify the letters with their sounds. For a challenge, we can turn the cards over and name a word that begins with the letter’s sound.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We colored the vowels yellow!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
This friend represented the decomposition of the 5 dog bones with a ten frame too!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Way to go Amira for reaching level 13 in Reading Eggs!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
