Hello Families!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you all are having a relaxing weekend! The weather is very beautiful today! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your child does not already have a district Chromebook, please know that there will be some Oakman staff distributing Chromebooks tomorrow, Monday, April 27th and Tuesday, April 28th from 12:00-2:00PM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the guidelines<\/strong> if you are going up to school tomorrow or Tuesday to get the Chromebook: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Door #4 (by the small playground)<\/strong> for pick up.<\/li>
  2. Please adhere to the state order by following social distancing (6 feet apart) and wearing a mask<\/strong>. <\/li>
  3. Parents, please bring your ID.<\/li>
  4. Please do not bring children with you to pick up the Chromebook.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To login to the Chromebook at home you will need to connect to your WiFi and sign in using your child’s student number followed by their password. (This is what they use at school and also how they log onto Reading Eggs.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As always, PLEASE never hesitate to call me, text, or email any time with any questions or concerns, or…to say hello!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I miss everyone so much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With all of that said….sadly, we cannot use Google Meet tomorrow for our group chat! The district leaders are working on a safer and more secure way for the students and teachers to meet remotely. As soon as our awesome tech leaders put a new plan in place we will reschedule our meeting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Until then….stay connected to Whatsapp. I am working on a plan where we can have a few small group hangouts with our phones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
