(Posted on Whatsapp)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hello Families!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wish you all a wonderful Wednesday and hope you all got a chance to view the incredible video on whatsapp at bedtime of Mr. Mustonen, our Communications Director for the district. He did a fun and engaging reading for your children!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignement #1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of this lesson is for the students to identify (funny) as a sight word and understand that the letters f u n n y come together to spell this word! Your children are asked to write the word funny 4 times in 4 different colors and tell about something they know of that is funny!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=15ZHrvQJnr0d3EVI9Jj8ZKjEFObSYXhQg\">Click here to view lesson #1<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignment #2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of this lesson is for the students to write a sentence using the word funny for their message! They are also asked to draw a picture to match their writing along with their first and last name at the top of the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=15ZjAWN3R9xSMeMBV57JJtHf-0uTHPTbk\">Click here to view lesson #2<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assignment #3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of this lesson is for the students to retell the key details from the story yesterday titled King Midas&#8217;s Gold. The students are shown how to retell in a step by step manner using sentence stems\/starters. The children are asked to send a video of them retelling the details from the familiar story of King Midas&#8217;s Gold using the supports I provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=15dL6wuL2hErQtOir3h-MYlO5chPae9BA\">Click here to view lesson #3<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I encourage all of the assignments to be turned in today, but if not, don&#8217;t worry&#8230;.you can send them when you are able.
