We made and graphed our opinions about if we like green eggs and jam after reading, “Green Eggs and Ham” by Dr. Seuss!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Healthy Living ladies came and talked to us about healthy foods and exercise! Then they helped us make veggie pizza using rice cakes!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We learned about what it means to be frustrated, We have been practicing what to do when we have a strong feeling! So we practiced this when working in a team while completing puzzles! When the children could not figure out where to put a piece, or in one case, what to do when they lost a piece, they practiced the strategies for calming down and problem solving.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We made pretend hockey jerseys for our visit from author and hockey star, Justin Abdelkader!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Justin Abdelkader read his book and talked to us about never giving up on our goals!!!!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
