Hello Famililes!<\/p>\n

First, tomorrow is Picture Day!! (Thursday) and Friday is NO SCHOOL for Kindergarten and Young 5s. OK…..got the announcements out of the way. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

We painted a class pumpkin to look like a bumble bee to help remind our friends…Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be Responsible!<\/p><\/div>\n

We practiced recognizing numbers 0-5 and putting them into sequential order. Please practice activities like this at home!<\/p><\/div>\n

We had PJ Day to help us remember the sound for the letter Pp!!!<\/p><\/div>\n

We did work on writing with our sight word, like!<\/p><\/div>\n

The children are learning the joy of writing and expressing their ideas on paper!<\/p><\/div>\n

Ms. Coach joined us for Work on Writing!!! She wrote using the new sight, like, too!!<\/p><\/div>\n

We made pancakes to help us remember the sound for the letter Pp!!<\/p><\/div>\n

We all had a turn to mix the batter!<\/p><\/div>\n

We made a whole box of pancakes!!<\/p><\/div>\n

Ms. Coach read “If You Give a Pig a Pancake” by Laura Numeroff to us as our pancakes we cooling!<\/p><\/div>\n

The pancakes were so so so yummy!!!<\/p><\/div>\n

We went to library today!<\/p><\/div>\n

We picked out our own books!<\/p><\/div>\n

We are learning about opinion writing. Today we practiced telling out opinion about which candy we like the best!!<\/p><\/div>\n

This friend said, “My favorite candy is gummy bears!”<\/p><\/div>\n

This friend said, “My favorite candy is gummy bears!” too.<\/p><\/div>\n

This friend said, “My favorite candy is M and M’s.” (mine too!!)<\/p><\/div>\n

I am sorry to blog late. I was out celebrating with my family! My son, Ryan was inducted into his school’s National Honor Society!\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n
