Today your child brought home an orange paper with important announcements that I blogged about earlier. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

My awesome parents brought us a pumpkin pie! The children tried some and then shared their opinions about the pie!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Many<\/a>

Many of the children liked the pumpkin pie!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"We<\/a>

We loved the shining spoons! We noticed we could see ourselves in them!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"My<\/a>

My mom and dad are so special!!!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Some<\/a>

Some of the children liked the whipped cream topping more that the pie. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Pharmacy<\/a>

Pharmacy students from Wayne State visited Oakman to teach us about how to stay healthy and avoid spreading germs!<\/p><\/div>\n

We made a book for Mr. Abu-Rus and presented him a gift to show how much we appreciate all that he does for Oakman students! Happy Principal Appreciation Month, Mr. Abu-Rus!<\/p><\/div>\n

We used our work on writing time to write and draw messages to Mr. Abu-Rus to show we are thankful for his dedication to all of the Oakman Lions!<\/p><\/div>\n

We practiced sharing our opinions about pumpkin pie with our carpet buddies. We took turns telling our opinions!<\/p><\/div>\n

*Friday is no school for Y5s and Kindergarten!<\/p>\n

*I am looking for 4 more volunteers to help during our Halloween celebration on October, 31st at 12:00-1:00!<\/p>\n
