Hello! Below is what we are working on this week.<\/p>\n
Daily 5 – We are working on rhyming, syllables, initial sounds, and CAF\u00c9 strategies that match with our read aloud for the week. The book for this week is There was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Turkey<\/p>\n
Our sight words are: my, here.<\/p>\n
Math – We are working on writing out numbers and will be focusing on ways to make 7 and 8. The homework pages are 87, 88,91,92,95.<\/p>\n
Writing \u2013 This week we are working on narrative writing. This week we are writing about what we like about ourselves.<\/p>\n
Social Studies \u2013 We are working on Needs and Wants. We will be discussing and sorting things that we need, and things that we want.<\/p>\n
Important Dates: <\/strong><\/span> Wednesday 11\/7 \u2013 PTA meeting @ 9:00am<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Thursday 11\/8 \u2013 Parent Nutrition Class 9:15-10:45<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Friday 11\/9 \u2013 School Picture Retakes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n *PTA will be having the school store open the first Wednesday of each month.
