Below is what we are working on this week.<\/p>\n<p>Daily 5 &#8211; We are working on rhyming, syllables, and CAF\u00c9 strategies that match with our read aloud for the week. The book for this week is Room on a Broom.<br \/>\nOur sight words are be, and, pink.<\/p>\n<p>Math &#8211; We are working on Module 1 and have started to focus on counting and recognizing numbers 0-10. This week we will be finishing lesson 18 and starting lesson 19. The homework pages are 75, 79, 83, and 84.<\/p>\n<p>Writing \u2013 This week we are working on narrative writing. This week we are writing about what we want to be for Halloween.<\/p>\n<p>Social Studies \u2013 We are working on our unit titled \u201cWho am I?\u201d This unit talks about how we are each unique and have roles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Important Dates:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Monday 10\/29 \u2013 Trunk or Treat 5:00-7:00pm <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Wednesday 10\/31 \u2013 Halloween Party<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Thursday 11\/1 \u2013 Parent nutrition class 9:15-10:45<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Friday 11\/2 \u2013 \u00bd day for students 11:45 dismissal and PTA pizza sale.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!
