Today your child is bringing home a reading log attached in the Everyday Folder next to Week 4 spelling words.\u00a0 The reading log like the spelling words should stay in the folder.\u00a0 Please have your child read a minimum of 20 minutes daily and help your child complete the reading log daily.\u00a0 Help your child pick a “good fit” book by having your child read a page from the book.\u00a0 As your child misses words, hold up a finger for each word missed.\u00a0 If there are five or more words missed, your child should choose an easier book as it is not a good fit. The reading log is due next Tuesday. Your student will turn in the completed log and attach a new log each week.<\/p>\n
In addition, your child is bringing home the Module 1 review(study guide).\u00a0 There is a parent letter attached with more information.\u00a0 It is due studied, completed, and signed by a parent on Tuesday, October 2.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow is picture day and it is also gym day.\u00a0 If needed, your child can change for gym after pictures.\u00a0 We are scheduled for pictures before gym.\u00a0 (Hopefully the schedule will not changed.)<\/p>\n
