Thanks for all of your support with the Science Fair.\u00a0 The students did a great job on their projects!\u00a0 Most students took theirs home last night or today. I have 3 that were left to take home on Monday.<\/p>\n

The Publishing Center books will be on display in the media center on May 11, so we are working hard to finish our stories. Each student is writing a realistic fiction story.\u00a0 As children finish their stories, I will be sending home a gallon bag with the bare book, story, about the author page, and dedication page along with instructions.\u00a0 Please edit and revise the story with your child before typing and pasting.\u00a0 Return everything back in the gallon bag by May 7 so that your child can do the cover and illustrations.\u00a0 Also please send in colored pencils for the illustrations.\u00a0 Five children took their materials home today.\u00a0 They were student numbers 11,13,15,18,and 22.\u00a0 Please keep the materials in a safe place.\u00a0 As more students finish, they will be sent home.\u00a0 I\u00a0 will post which students are taking them home each day so keep checking the backpacks!<\/p>\n
