Today we had a great field trip at the Kensington Metropark. \u00a0We went on an educational nature hike and we learned many new things at the Nature Center presentation and activity room. \u00a0It was also fun eating lunch at the picnic tables at the park and playing on the equipment. \u00a0Thanks again to the chaperones who joined us today and yesterday!<\/p>\n

When we returned to school, we had some surprise visitors. \u00a0We had two police officers stop by- \u00a0Alora’s dad and Officer Gordon too! \u00a0They brought Officer Gordan’s K9 Worf. \u00a0It was neat to see the officers and the police dog. \u00a0Each student was given a card about the K9 that shares some facts about it and the service the K9 \u00a0provides. \u00a0Thanks again to Alora’s dad for surprising us!<\/p>\n
