{"id":5101,"date":"2020-06-08T09:54:30","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T13:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/logelp4\/?p=5101"},"modified":"2020-06-08T09:54:31","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T13:54:31","slug":"week-of-6-8-2020-remote-learning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/logelp4\/2020\/06\/08\/week-of-6-8-2020-remote-learning\/","title":{"rendered":"Week of 6\/8\/2020 Remote Learning"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Hello Parents and friends!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Well, we made it to the last week of school!&nbsp; I really appreciate the students who continued to work each week.&nbsp; I\u2019m very proud of the few who stayed focused on their work for the duration of remote learning.&nbsp; You will be rewarded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This last week you will find some fun activities in Google Classroom-in the Topic called End of the Year activities.&nbsp; It\u2019s sad that we don\u2019t get to do them together in Oakman.&nbsp; I wish you and your family a safe and fun summer.&nbsp; We definitely deserve a break from remote learning, but I need you to read daily and practice your math so you don\u2019t lose all that you have learned..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students receive feedback on weekly assignments in the form of narrative comments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meeting: <\/strong>&nbsp;regularly submitted work and attended check-ins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accuracy of work assessed on standards\/graded\/recorded in MiStar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High participation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Progressing:&nbsp; <\/strong>Submitted most assignments and attended some of the check-ins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limited Participation:<\/strong>&nbsp; with one of the following explanations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rarely or did not submit work (may be required to attend summer school)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rarely attended check-in sessions (may be required to attend summer school)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Family hardship during the time of instruction (summer support offered)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My office hours are between 1-2 pm where I will be available to answer any questions or concerns on classdojo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remember to read everyday during the summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I hope to see all of you on Tuesday, June 9th for the car parade.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Parents and friends!
