Last week we learned a new letter “Oo” continued with the color white and number 5.\u00a0 We also talked about the circus, animals that hibernate and groundhogs.\u00a0 The children predicted that the groundhog was going to see its shadow.\u00a0 They were right!\u00a0 Ugh, 6 more weeks of winter!\u00a0 They also predicted that the New England Patriots were going to win the super bowl.\u00a0 They were wrong on that one….Go Eagles!<\/p>\n
This week we will learn a new letter “Pp”, new number 6 and new color pink.\u00a0 We will also talk about the winter Olympics.<\/p>\n
Our Valentine’s party will be on Wednesday, February 14th.\u00a0 There are 18 children in the class.\u00a0 Your child can bring in valentines and\/or a treat to pass to their friends.\u00a0 Your child can write their name on the valentine’s but please don’t put a name for who the valentines are going to.\u00a0 The sign up sheet will be on the clip board.<\/p>\n
There will be no school the week of February 19th, for winter break.<\/p>\n
