This week is the last week of this quarter. Here are the plans for this week.<\/p>\n<p>Our spelling words this week have a silent w- or k- at the beginning of the word. They are:<\/p>\n<p>write<\/p>\n<p>knife<\/p>\n<p>knee<\/p>\n<p>wreck<\/p>\n<p>knew<\/p>\n<p>traits<\/p>\n<p>compliment<\/p>\n<p>suggestion<\/p>\n<p>skip counting<\/p>\n<p>farming<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we are learning about area, how Michigan grew, and we are working on completing our narrative writing.<\/p>\n<p>This week there is a half day for students on Friday. Dismissal will be at 11:45 instead of 3:35.<\/p>\n<p>Also, we are NWEA testing. This week we plan to finish our language usage tests and begin our reading tests. Please stress the importance of these tests with your child.
